KID CONNECTION- AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Kid Connection is grant-funded, so at the end of each year, we survey families, staff, and students to improve our program and reflect on if we've met the goals of our grant.

What is Kid Connection? A free afterschool program that provides a safe, fun, and educational place for Huntley Project Elementary students (grades K-6) after school. Each day at KC, students get a snack, recess, and a bus ride home. They also finish their homework, develop reading and math skills, and learn a lot about the world around them. We hope to see a lot of smiling faces.

Where: In the elementary building, in a variety of classrooms.

When: Winter Session begins on January 8, 2024, and ends on March 14, 2024. It meets Mondays through Thursdays each week from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.

2023-2024 Dates:

Fall Session: September 12 - November 17, 2023.

Winter Session: January 8th - March 14th, 2024

Spring Session: March 25 - May 2, 2024

Family Nights:

Who: All K-6 Huntley Project School

Why: to provide families with a safe & fun after school option for their students

How: The enrollment form is in this boxholder, as well as uploaded here on the school website. 

Please complete the forms and return them to the elementary office as soon as possible.
